Summary: Hotel is located in a strip mall area… literally! I didn’t read that in any reviews. Could be convenient and f you need to go to target.Rented 2 Rooms. On first night stove top was broken and microwave wasn’t working properly in room one so I was running between both rooms to make food. The next day one of my children killed a potential (1) bed bug. But they went to the front desk to report the issue. We then requested both rooms be cleaned and sheets changed. They did clean everything and fixed the stove while they were there. I asked if we were going to receive some credit since our stay wasn’t going as planned. I even tried to get hot water for tea in the morning and it was empty. I actually started to feel bad but then again… I now have treat and clean all of our stuff just in case. No credit or discount was given and I spent a lot of money for 1 and 3/4 days. Do your research before you go.

Summary: We loved our recent stay with my husband and 2 kids at Element Spring Valley! The hotel is lovely. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was fresh and made to order. Room was big and nicely air conditioned. The staff was very accommodating. Special thanks to Bilal and Youdish! Best staff around! Definitely give this hotel a try when ever you are around Nanuet! And stop by Rockland Bakery nearby for a really cool experience, as well!

Summary: Clean, clean, clean AROMA THERAPY HEAVEN! This is a beautiful property and it smells AMAZING. The decor is modern, and full of light. My room was beautiful. Two queen beds and a pullout couch was perfect for our party of 3 adults and t3 children. The kitchenette was utilized and helped me save a lot of money. This hotel also has a daily breakfast with a a yogurt and toppings station. They also have one item that is cooked by the staff upon request among a verity of other options. Things to note: There is an outdoor gas firepit, the pool is small however, my children did not mind. The walls are thin, I could hear the TV and conversation from guests in the next room one night at bedtime (They were NOT being loud). And, there are Asian Lantern Flies All over the outside of the property entrance. Overall, we had an AMAZING experience! I highly recommend staying at ths hotel.
